Golf Fitness & Advanced Technique Coaching
A great swing is built on a body that moves with intention. I integrate functional fitness with golf technique to help you find better rhythm, balance, and power on the course.
A great golf swing requires a strong body. I'm excited to collaborate with fitness experts like Rishabh from Tagda Raho to create unique golf fitness programs, even incorporating traditional Indian tools like the Gada to build functional strength.
Golf is all about tempo and rhythm. This video shows some of the unconventional but effective drills I use, like the "golf swing dancer" with a soccer ball, to help students feel the flow of the swing.
A young golfer watches intently as an adult practices her putting. It's great to see the next generation learning from others at the course.
About this collection
I do not use standard gym equipment for golfers because your swing requires specific rotational power and mobility, not just mass. I integrate traditional Indian fitness tools like the Gada and Mugdar to build functional strength and deep rhythm. This helps you move naturally, creating a fluid swing that feels effortless on the course rather than forced.
Most golfers spend their time on the range hitting balls, but they neglect the engine behind the swing: the body. When you work with me, we look at your golf fitness holistically.
My approach, developed alongside experts at Tagda Raho, uses Indian clubs and mace training to fix common issues like a stiff back or a lack of hip rotation. We focus on mobility first. If your body cannot rotate, your swing will never have the tempo it needs. I break down your movement patterns and replace tension with controlled, grounded strength.
Whether we are at KGA in Bengaluru or out at Coorg Golf Links, my sessions are practical. We use breathwork to calm the mind and body, ensuring you aren't just physically strong, but mentally present when you address the ball. This is not about getting a workout in before you play. It is about understanding how your body needs to move to deliver the clubhead consistently. If you have been struggling with a slice or just feel stiff after a few holes, it is usually a body-alignment issue we can fix with the right drills. Let’s get you moving better so you can play longer and hit cleaner.
