People often ask how we started, and the answer is simple: it began with friends trusting us with their pets. In this video, we share our journey from a small favor for neighbors to a full-fledged home for dogs, built on providing a loving, homely environment.
We were so excited to celebrate the grand opening of our new Gurugram resort. It was wonderful to see so many happy dogs and their parents exploring the new space. This is a look at our growing community and our commitment to providing top-tier pet care.
To celebrate our new opening, we offered free health checkups and hygiene cleaning. This is part of our core promise to not just offer services like boarding or grooming, but to actively contribute to the health and well-being of every dog that visits us.
About Our Promise and Our Story
We don't use cages here, ever. Whether your dog is here for a bath, a playdate, or a long-term stay, they roam free in our large, supervised parks, just like they would in your own living room or backyard.
Everything you see at Bow Bow's Den started in 2019 with a simple request from our friends: 'Please keep our dog while we're away.' It was just us and a few neighborly pets then, but we quickly realized how hard it was to find a place that didn't feel like a clinical kennel. We wanted something different.
Since then, we’ve welcomed over 10,000 wagging tails across our locations in Dwarka and Sector 107, Gurugram. Our goal has always been simple: a safe, cage-free environment where dogs can be dogs. We treat every guest—whether they are here for a grooming session or an overnight stay—like one of our own rescues, like our baby Tara.
Safety is our non-negotiable standard. We require vaccinations to be up-to-date for every dog that steps onto our property. Because we operate in an open-plan environment, this ensures health and hygiene for the whole pack. We are not a facility that just processes bookings; we are a community built on trust, daily playtime, and a lot of patience. If your dog is anxious, we slow down, offer treats, and give them the space they need to settle in.
