A great balloon setup is about more than just the colors, it is about the structure. For our ring setups, we use a 6ft metal frame and ensure the organic garland is tightly packed to avoid any unsightly gaps. If you are planning an outdoor event, keep in mind that wind can affect balloon stability, so let us know your venue details early so we can plan the right anchor points for the installation.
Our Approach to Balloon Decor
We provide three main tiers of balloon decoration designed to suit different event scales and budgets in Bangalore. Whether you are hosting a small garden party or a large celebration, our team handles the transport, installation, and final takedown.
Standard Ring Setup Ideal for intimate gatherings, this includes a 6ft circular metal frame (Gold or White) with a 10ft organic balloon garland. We finish this with a standard LED neon sign and artificial greenery or floral bunches for a clean, polished look.
Themed Backdrop & Cutout Package This is our most popular option for birthdays. It features an 8x8ft backdrop with name personalization, character cutouts, and an L-shaped demi-arch. This setup typically takes 2 to 3 hours to install and is perfect for creating a designated photo zone.
Luxury Shimmer Wall & Marquee For a more premium look, we use an active air-moving sequin wall. This package pairs well with 3ft or 4ft light-up marquee numbers and high-density balloon garlands that include specialty foil balloons like orbs or 4D shapes. This setup requires more space and time but offers a significant visual impact.
What to Expect

- Logistics: All packages include setup and takedown by two of our staff members. We include local transport within city limits in our pricing, so there are no surprise costs at the end.
