I do not use generic, pre-set designs. Every engagement setup I create is adjusted for your specific venue, whether that is a tight living room or a large banquet hall. I prioritize using high-quality artificial florals, which ensures the arch stays vibrant and full throughout your entire event, regardless of how long the function lasts or how bright the venue lights are.
My Approach to Engagement Decor
When we plan your engagement, I look at the space first. A small home setup needs different proportions than a hotel ballroom, and I adjust my arches and drapery accordingly. My goal is to ensure the backdrop highlights you and your partner, not the equipment behind it.
What Goes into a Setup
- Floral Arches: I primarily use premium artificial silk flowers. They look fresh but won't wilt or droop under harsh event lighting. You can choose from circular, square, or semi-arch frames.
- Draping & Fabric: I use high-quality satin and sheer fabrics. I prefer pastel shades like peach, mint, and soft pink for engagements, as they create a clean, modern aesthetic that photographs well.
- Lighting: Lighting changes the mood instantly. I incorporate neon signs like 'Better Together' or 'Will You Marry Me' paired with fairy light curtains or LED pillar candles to create warmth.
- Seating: A comfortable, stylish bench or diwan is part of the package. It needs to look good in photos while being practical for you to sit on for hours.
Planning for Mumbai Venues
I cover Mumbai, Navi Mumbai, Thane, and Lonavala. Because I handle the logistics, I am used to working with different venue rules. If your venue has specific restrictions on structures or hanging items, tell me when we discuss the booking so I can plan a setup that works within those limits.
