How I Execute Your Theme

A themed party requires more than just balloons. I combine different textures and elements to build an immersive look. For a jungle safari theme, I use organic balloon garlands in greens and yellows alongside animal foil balloons and grass mats. For movie themes like Harry Potter or football, I integrate custom marquee numbers, 3D foam-board cutouts, and specialized backdrops to tie the room together.

My Decoration Process

• Backdrops & Lighting: I use 8x8ft sequin walls, flex backdrops, or circular frames. Every setup includes LED focus lights to ensure the decor stands out in your photos.
• Balloon Artistry: I mix chrome, pastel, and confetti balloons in varying sizes to create depth. I do not use helium; all structures are air-filled and secured to frames.
• Props & Seating: Depending on your package, I provide cylindrical plinths for cake displays, neon signage, and thematic props like teepee tents or 3D character cutouts.

Logistics & Venue Requirements

I operate across Bengaluru, covering everything from home terraces to rented party halls. Because I manage the transport, setup, and dismantling, you do not need to worry about the logistics of heavy backdrops or large frames.

However, I do need a clear floor space (typically 10x10ft) and power access for neon signs and marquee letters. If you are planning an event in an apartment, let me know the ceiling height and available floor space before we finalize the booking. This helps me avoid any sizing issues on the day of your event.
