A successful setup depends on the space available. My circular ring arches and sequin wall backdrops typically require a 10x10ft area to look balanced. Before we book, check if your venue has nearby power points for the neon signage and fairy lights, as these elements are crucial for getting that specific glow shown in my photos.

When planning your birthday or anniversary, the goal is to create a focused area for photos that doesn't overwhelm your room. I work with three main elements to achieve this: a base backdrop, organic balloon styling, and accent lighting.

Choosing Your Backdrop

For a clean look, we can use a circular metal ring frame or a shimmering sequin wall. The sequin walls are particularly popular for evening events because they catch the light, making the neon 'Happy Birthday' or 'Happy Anniversary' signs stand out clearly. If you prefer a lighter, more open feel, the circular ring frame allows more of your venue's wall or garden background to show through.

Balloon Styling

I don't just stack balloons; I use a mix of chrome, pastel, and matte latex to create a layered, organic garland. You can choose colors that match your theme or branding. For anniversaries, I often use metallic gold or rose gold accents to keep the aesthetic elegant rather than childish.

Logistics and Setup

• Space: Ensure you have at least 10ft of clearance to allow guests to stand in front of the setup for photos.
• Lighting: If your party is on a terrace or in a low-light area, let me know. I can incorporate extra LED focus lights to ensure the backdrop is well-lit for photography.
