Interactive DIY Bath & Body Stations

Bring a tactile, therapeutic element to your event where guests can mix, stir, and create their own botanical party favors.

This is the vibe at our DIY stations. We set up this interactive bath salt bar for 200 people at LinkedIn's Bangalore office, and it was such a joy to see everyone get creative. It's a perfect wellness activity for corporate events.

Learn to make your own massage candles in my studio workshop. We use skin-loving ingredients like shea butter and essential oils so your candle melts into a warm, soothing massage oil. It's a little bit of magic you can take home.

There's something so therapeutic about making things with your hands. At our DIY soap station for BCG, guests got to sniff, stir, and pour their own botanical soaps. It's a moment to slow down and create something beautiful.

Imagine the fun of making your own soap at a birthday party. Our DIY soap stations are a huge hit with kids, offering a creative and memorable activity that's way better than a standard party favor.

Welcome to my happy place, the DIY bath salt station. I bring everything you need to mix your own jar of calm, blending Himalayan pink salt, natural clays, and pure essential oils for the perfect relaxing soak.

Thinking of a unique idea for a wedding, bridal shower, or baby shower? My live perfume bar is a beautiful experience where guests blend their own signature scent to take home. It's personal, interactive, and always a favorite.

Hey, I'm Pooja. This little business is my passion for all things natural, handmade, and soulful. I teach people how to create their own skincare, not just because it's better for you, but because the act of creating is a form of self-care itself.

About this collection

If you are tired of the standard event favors that end up forgotten in a drawer, this is the fix. We set up active, botanical-based stations where your guests actually make their own custom soaps, bath salts, or perfumes. It is not just an activity; it is a sensory, tactile experience that smells divine and serves as the best kind of lowkey therapy for a team or party crowd.

Why a DIY Station?

Because making things with your hands creates a shared energy that a standard caterer simply cannot match. Whether you are hosting a team-building day, a bridal brunch, or a birthday party, my setups are designed to slow everyone down. We bring everything to you—the wooden risers, glass apothecaries, and all the raw materials needed to craft something real.

What we bring to your venue:

  • The Perfume Bar: Guests blend skin-safe essential oils into their own 10ml rollers or sprays.
  • The Soap Station: A melt-and-pour setup using glycerin bases, fresh botanicals, and dried flowers. It sets in 20 minutes, so guests take home a finished product.
  • The Soak Station: A mix-your-own bath salt experience using Himalayan pink salt, Epsom salts, clays, and essential oils for the ultimate relaxing jar.

Ingredients & Ethos

I treat event ingredients with the same care as my studio workshops. You will find mango and shea butters, Kasturi Manjal (wild turmeric), and pure essential oils. We never use fake fragrances or sketchy chemicals. Everything is plant-based, eco-friendly, and packaged with love in glass jars or sustainable wraps.

Logistics & Travel

We typically manage events across Bengaluru, but we love a change of scenery and frequently travel to places like Hyderabad and Goa for special gigs. For event stations, we require a minimum of 20 participants to ensure everyone gets enough attention from my lead instructor and assistants. We handle the mess, the setup, and the cleanup, so you just get to enjoy the scent of fresh lavender and the joy of your guests.

I am Pooja, the chaos, calm, and coconut oil behind Bath & Being. I ditched my 9-to-5 to fill workspaces with the scent of lavender rather than stress. I set up these DIY stations because I believe the act of making something with your own hands is the best kind of therapy.
