- Wardrobe: 2-door swing or sliding unit (up to 8ft height). Finish: 1mm Anti-scratch Laminate. Includes shelves, drawer, and hanger rod.
- Study Unit: 3ft to 4ft wide desk with one drawer and overhead open box shelving.
- Hardware: Soft-close hinges and channels from brands like Hettich or Hafele.
On-site Services
- False Ceiling: Peripheral Gypsum ceiling (L-box design) for lighting.
- Lighting: Installation of 6-8 recessed LED lights and strip lighting.
- Painting: Premium Emulsion (2 coats) for walls, including one accent wall color.
Shared Bunk Bed & Study Suite
Heavy-Duty Joinery
- Custom Bunk/Loft Structure: Fabricated on-site using BWP Marine Ply for load-bearing safety. Fits two single mattresses. Includes rounded child-safe railings.
- Storage Staircase: Step-staircase unit where every step functions as a pull-out drawer on heavy-duty channels.
- Shared Wardrobe: Large 3-door or 4-door unit (6ft-7ft wide) finished in High-gloss or Suede Laminate.
- Dual Study Desk: 5ft+ extended desk designed for two chairs with central division and overhead storage.
Decor & Electrical
- Wall Treatment: One feature wall with custom printed wallpaper (maps, jungle, space themes) or geometric paint.
- Ceiling & Lights: Full room false ceiling or designer cut-outs (clouds/stars). Includes LED cove, recessed, and individual reading lights.
- Safety: 2mm edge banding on all exposed wood edges to prevent scrapes.
