- Smart Staircase: Walkable steps that function as pull-out drawers or hinged cabinets, replacing standard ladders.
- Safety Rails: CNC-cut or slat-style wooden guard rails installed on upper bunks.
Integrated Furniture
- Study Zone: Built-in L-shaped or straight desk located under the loft bed with overhead bookshelves.
- Lighting: LED profile strip lighting recessed into shelves and under-bed areas.
- Finish: Premium 1mm High-Pressure Laminate (HPL) with anti-scratch properties.
Auditor's Note
- Cost covers furniture and joinery. Mattresses and civil works (flooring/tiling) are excluded. High range applies to PU/Duco finishes.

- Construction: IS:303 Commercial Plywood for wardrobes; BWP plywood for bed structure to prevent moisture damage.
- Exterior: Matte or Textured Laminate finish with slim-profile handles.
- Interiors: White laminate lining for hygiene and easy cleaning.

- Loft beds are my favorite trick. Lift the bed, get a desk or play area below. Suddenly, one room does double duty.
- Multi-use furniture for apartments is a must. Beds with storage, desks that hide away, shelves that pull out only when you want them.
- I’m all about vertical storage solutions. From bunk beds with built-in study nooks to staircases with secret drawers, I find a use for every inch.
- Wall-to-wall units hide the mess and make things look clean. Window seats with storage and kitchens with pull-out shelves help keep things organized without feeling crowded.
- Lighting matters—integrated LED strips under beds or shelves make even small rooms feel open.
