- Wardrobes: Master bedroom (approx 7ft x 7ft) and Guest bedroom (approx 5ft x 7ft) swing-door wardrobes. Internal structure in MR ply with external Laminate finish.
- TV Unit: Floating console design for the living room in Laminate finish with basic drawer storage.

- False Ceiling: Peripheral L-Box design in the Living/Dining area only, ready for cove lights.
- Electrical: Relocation of switch points for kitchen appliances and TV unit, plus supply of basic LED spot lights for the false ceiling area.
