The Setup Experience

When you book one of our grand setups, we handle the logistics so you don't have to:

• Lighting and Effects: We use high-density fairy lights and neon signage ('Better Together' or 'She Said Yes') to build the atmosphere. For the full grand package, we also include cold pyro fountains, which run for 30 to 45 seconds to add a dramatic flourish during the proposal.
• Flooring and Pathways: We create a dedicated aisle using either a red carpet runner or 2 to 3 kg of fresh rose petals. This helps define the space and guides your partner toward the focal point.
• Cabana and Backdrop Options: Depending on your preference, we can install a 6x6 ft or 8x8 ft cabana with white sheer drapery, or set up an organic balloon garland on a circular frame.

A Few Realities to Consider

We want your surprise to go off without a hitch, so here is the practical side of things:

• Weather Matters: If you are planning an outdoor terrace or garden setup, please have a backup plan for rain. Balloons and fresh petals can be difficult to manage if the weather turns.
• Setup Time: Our team typically takes 45 to 60 minutes to complete a standard romantic decor setup. We coordinate the timing with you to ensure we are finished well before your partner arrives.
