About this collection
These design concepts are how I test if a furniture layout actually works before we ever pick up a drill or order materials. Instead of guessing, I build these 3D models to see exactly how much clearance you'll have around the bed, where the natural light hits the desk, and whether that storage unit is actually accessible. It is about catching mistakes in the computer so you do not have to live with them in your home.
When you look at these renders, notice the common thread: they all prioritize flow. In Bangalore, where floor space is often at a premium, a 'beautiful' design is a failure if you have to squeeze past a wardrobe or if your bedroom desk blocks the window.
My process relies heavily on these 3D walkthroughs because they allow us to make decisions before construction starts. For instance, you will see how I integrate storage into platform beds or tuck study desks into bay window areas. We can adjust the height of a loft, change the finish of a panel, or move a light switch in the digital phase to ensure the final result is exactly what you need.
I focus on:
- Efficiency: Fitting a sleeping area, wardrobe, and study space into a single compact room without making it feel claustrophobic.
- Integration: Making sure furniture like floating nightstands or TV units align perfectly with the electrical points and structural columns.
- Aesthetics vs. Utility: Balancing modern design trends, like fluted paneling or hidden lighting, with the practical need for durable, easy-to-clean surfaces.
If you see a layout here that catches your eye, let’s discuss if it can be adapted to your floor plan.
