High-intensity sessions designed for players who want to build match-winning speed, sharp reflexes, and the endurance to outlast any opponent.

A player practices her net kill technique with me. This close-range drill sharpens reflexes and ensures a powerful, decisive finish at the front of the court.

The aftermath of a tough multi-shuttle session. Pushing players to their physical limits is how I build the mental and physical endurance required for championship-level badminton.

A typical morning practice scene with shuttles covering the court. This signifies a high-volume training session focused on repetition and muscle memory.

A glimpse of a doubles drill in action. Players work on their positioning and rotation, learning to move as a cohesive unit on the court.

Female players undergoing a multi-shuttle session. I ensure all my athletes, regardless of gender, are pushed through the same high-intensity training programs.

About On-Court Drills: Speed & Endurance

These aren't casual rallies. In my multi-shuttle sessions, you are hitting hundreds of returns under pressure to build muscle memory and anaerobic endurance. It is physically demanding—you will be gasping for breath—but that is the only way to develop the speed and court coverage required for national-level competition.

Most players believe they need more match play to improve, but I disagree. You need to fix your foundation first. Intensity is not just about moving fast; it is about moving with precision even when your lungs are burning.

The Drill Philosophy

Multi-shuttle feeding allows us to isolate specific movements, whether it is the aage peeche (forward-backward) lunge or the cross-court defensive clear. We feed the shuttle, you execute, and we correct your form in real-time. This repetition is what builds the explosive power seen in competitive play.

Why Infrastructure Matters

Our 8 courts at Prometheus School, Sector 131, are double-cushioned with a wooden base and Yonex mats. This is not for comfort—it is a necessity. When you are doing high-volume jump smashes and rapid lateral drills, your joints need that impact protection to keep you training injury-free all season.

Data-Driven Development

We do not guess your progress. We combine these on-court drills with our quarterly anatomical screenings. If our data shows your core endurance is lagging, we adjust your training load immediately. Everything is synced to ensure you reach your peak when it matters most, like state or national championships.

This program is for serious athletes who are ready to commit to the grind. If you are here to work hard and push past your limits, this is where the real growth happens.
