You cannot hit the bullseye if your body is not ready. We train you to become a complete athlete, blending functional strength, agility, and mental focus.

Correct form is everything. I am seen here providing hands-on correction to our athletes during a pushup drill, ensuring they build strength safely and effectively. This is followed by jogging and balance work to develop a well-rounded athletic base.

Our training integrates various methods to build archery-specific strength. Here, athletes perform overhead tricep extensions with dumbbells to strengthen their drawing muscles, right before heading to the line for shooting practice.

We believe training should also be fun and build team spirit. A fast-paced game of dodgeball helps improve our athletes' agility, reaction time, and cardiovascular fitness while keeping the energy high.

Teamwork and raw power on display. A classic game of tug of war is more than just fun; it's an excellent full-body workout that builds core strength, grip, and a spirit of friendly competition among our members.

Agility is crucial for an athlete's overall performance. We incorporate dynamic games like this variation of 'kho-kho' to improve footwork, speed, and coordination in a fun and competitive setting.

Warm-ups are essential for preparing the body and mind. Our athletes engage in fun, coordinated jumping exercises to get their muscles activated and build camaraderie before the main training session begins.

About Strength & Conditioning: Building the Athlete's Body

Don't expect to just stand on the shooting line for hours. Our sessions are built on the 'har din tapna hoga' (burn every day) philosophy. You will be on the field doing pushups, using battle ropes, and running agility drills before you ever touch a bow. We build the physical foundation first—shoulder stability and core strength—because that is the only way to prevent injury and actually improve your aim. If you want to get serious, this is where you start.
