Anti-Smog Misting System for Urban Pollution Control
We brought our high-pressure irrigation engineering to the streets of Delhi. Our anti-smog misting system, proven in a successful DDA pilot in Dwarka, clears the air by binding dust and smog particles at the source.

Here, my team and I are explaining the technical details of the misting system to the Hon'ble LG of Delhi and other officials during the inauguration. It was important for me to demonstrate the simplicity and effectiveness of the technology directly to key stakeholders.

About Proven Results: The DDA Dwarka Pilot
Our installation process is designed for minimal disruption. We mount our misting manifolds directly onto existing electricity or utility poles, which allows us to set up the system across busy roads, construction sites, or large campus perimeters without needing heavy construction or road closures.
How Our System Clears the Air
We do not just spray water; we create an engineered environment. Our anti-smog misting system uses high-pressure industrial triplex pumps to generate a fine mist of 10-20 microns. These microscopic droplets are small enough to stay suspended in the air longer, actively latching onto dust particles, PM2.5, and smog. Once heavy with pollutants, these particles drop to the ground, effectively cleaning the ambient air.
The Dwarka Validation
In partnership with the Delhi Development Authority, we installed our system along a 550-meter stretch on Road No. 224 in Dwarka. The results were measurable: a 20-25% reduction in local pollution levels. This data was verified during the pilot phase, which was inaugurated by the Lt. Governor of Delhi. This trial proved that our technology functions reliably in real-world urban traffic conditions.
Practical Implementation
We prioritize sustainability in our water usage. The system utilizes treated water from RO plants to ensure that the mist is clean and does not cause nozzle calcification or bacterial buildup.
