I keep the setup simple and stress-free. For my standard reception stages, I personally manage the 15-foot drape arrangement and position the LED lighting to highlight the fresh floral border and the couple's sofa, ensuring your venue looks finished without any unexpected issues.

My Standard Stage Setup
I typically work with a 15-foot wide stage area. This is the sweet spot for most banquet halls in Gurgaon. Here is what I bring to the table:
- Drapes: I use vertical color-blocking stripes in satin. You can choose from red, pink, orange, or yellow to match your event theme.
- Flowers: I use a mix of fresh Gerbera, Gladiolus, and roses to create a dense, colorful header across the top frame.
- Lighting: I include 4 to 6 LED Par Can lights. These are essential. They wash the drapes in color and make the fresh flowers pop.
- Furniture: I provide a standard white or golden wedding sofa. It is classic, comfortable, and fits the traditional wedding look.
