My Story: From Struggle to Professional Nail Art Success
People said this wasn't a real career, but I kept going. Today, I teach students from across India the skills I had to learn the hard way. Here is my journey and why I teach the way I do.
Students often say I'm too direct. I tell them, if I've ever been harsh while teaching, forgive me. But if you ever face a tough situation, remember me. My support doesn't end with the class.
Pick one thing and give it your all. Then, nothing can stop you. This is the philosophy that drives me and my students to achieve excellence.
The bigger the dream, the bigger the struggle. This is a glimpse into the hard work and dedication that goes into every class and every set of nails I create.
About My Story
I don't believe in hiding mistakes. In my class, you will be on live models from day three, and I will point out every error you make. It is not because I want to be harsh, but because you need to fix your technique before you start charging paying clients. If you are looking for a place where you can just sit and watch theory for days, this isn't it. We focus on real skills that get you money in the real world.
My journey started with a 17k salary and a lot of people telling me that nail art was just 'girl's work.' I didn't listen. I trained with Russian experts and obsessed over every detail—from the perfect cuticle line to the chemistry of BIAB gel. Now, I run a studio in Malviya Nagar, Delhi, and train aspiring artists who come from all over the country.
Why I Teach This Way
I realized that most people learn the wrong habits early on. They don't understand why a product lifts, why a nail breaks, or how to handle a client with damaged nail plates. My 15-day diploma program isn't about repeating what's in a textbook. We cover:
- Russian Manicure: The art of the clean, dry cuticle.
- No-Glue Extensions: Mastering the technique that clients actually ask for.
- BIAB & Strengthening: Fixing thin, weak nails instead of just covering them.
- Business Reality: How to set up your salon, price your services, and handle clients.
For the Serious Student
Whether you are a beginner looking to start a new career or an experienced makeup artist wanting to add a high-demand skill to your portfolio, I expect 100% dedication. I share my wholesale vendor lists, my business setup secrets, and my honest advice on what is just a trend versus what actually works. If you are ready to put in the work and learn the craft properly, you are welcome in my classroom. If you just want a certificate, you might be better off looking elsewhere.
