Summer Camp Life: Art and Creativity for Kids
Peek into our daily camp rhythm where messy tables, focused art projects, and lively games help kids build real creative confidence.
Welcome to our Artklub Summer Camp, a place buzzing with energy, creativity, and fun. This video gives you a peek into our daily sessions, where we balance focused art projects with playful games, ensuring every child feels engaged and happy. We believe in learning through joy, and our camp is designed to be a memorable summer experience.
A key part of camp life is the process of creation itself. This clip shows the focused, hands-on learning that happens in our studio, where kids experiment with different art forms. We foster an environment where children are comfortable exploring, making mistakes, and learning together.
About A Glimpse into Camp Life
We keep our groups small—maximum 10 students per instructor—because we know art isn't one-size-fits-all. Whether your child is 5 or 15, this ratio means they get the specific help they need to tackle a tricky Lippan relief or figure out a new painting technique, rather than just following a generic instruction sheet.
Our camp isn't about perfectly polished results, but about the process of making things. We design our 2-hour daily sessions to balance intense focus with playful breaks.
For our younger campers (ages 5-10), we focus on tactile projects like pasta crafts, origami, and DIY planters that build motor skills and patience. We introduce materials that are safe and easy to handle, encouraging them to see everyday objects as art supplies.
For students 10 and older, the curriculum shifts toward technique-heavy mediums. They explore coffee painting, rock art, and traditional Indian Lippan work, learning how to structure their creative ideas into finished pieces they can take home.
We provide all the supplies, including canvases, paints, and base materials, so you do not need to shop for kits. Each day includes 15 to 20 minutes of physical games to reset energy levels, ensuring that when kids sit down to create, they are fully engaged. By the end of the two-week camp, every child leaves with their completed projects and a certificate, but more importantly, they leave with the confidence that they can create art on their own.
