About this collection
Painting a mandala requires immense focus, especially when working on large or textured surfaces. I always start with detailed pencil grid marking to ensure perfect symmetry before I pick up a brush. It is a slow, methodical process that typically takes me five to seven days to finish, ensuring the final piece feels balanced and intentional.
A wall is more than just paint. When I approach a mandala project, my goal is to create a focal point that encourages stillness. Whether you want a single-color piece for a puja room or a vibrant, colorful mural for your balcony, the approach changes to match the energy you want in that corner.
Choosing Your Style
For clean, minimalist homes, I love working with white-on-grey or single-tone palettes. It creates a sophisticated, subtle energy that works beautifully in modern apartments across Bengaluru. On the other hand, if you want something that stands out, we can explore vibrant, multi-colored designs that bring life to outdoor balconies or living rooms.
My Technical Approach
The technical side involves proper wall preparation. I begin with a site visit to assess your wall surface. Since I paint everything freehand or using custom grids, I need a stable wall, whether it is smooth or has a light texture. I use high-quality emulsion paints that are durable and easy to wipe down.
If you have a specific pattern or a traditional Indian motif in mind, we will sketch it out together. Every mural is unique, and I take the time to ensure the geometry flows with the natural lines of your room, including door frames and skirting boards. My goal is to leave you with a space that feels truly yours.
