What I Do

I work right at the messy crossroads of law, business, and finance. When a company hits financial trouble, I don’t just quote law - I dig into what’s really happening with your business, your board, and your numbers. My job is to figure out how to move forward, whether that means debt restructuring, tackling insolvency, or finding value where others only see problems.

My Approach

I don’t treat insolvency as just money going missing. It’s usually about deeper issues - tech failing, supply chain breaking, or the board missing red flags. So, I go beyond the paperwork and look at the root causes. My advice combines legal know-how with real business sense. I see myself as a partner for the boardroom, not just the courtroom.

I've got practical experience in tough cases before the NCLT. Some highlights:

• Helped BCCI push insolvency against Byju’s at Bengaluru NCLT
• Won a big ruling for L&T Finance on CCDs as debt at Mumbai NCLT
• Guided Standard Chartered Bank through insolvency and got full recovery
