My job is to figure out how to move forward, whether that means debt restructuring, tackling insolvency, or finding value where others only see problems.

My Approach

I don’t treat insolvency as just money going missing. It’s usually about deeper issues - tech failing, supply chain breaking, or the board missing red flags. So, I go beyond the paperwork and look at the root causes. My advice combines legal know-how with real business sense. I see myself as a partner for the boardroom, not just the courtroom.
