At ARDS India, our studio in Indiranagar is a space designed for movement and expression. We keep our groups intentionally mixed, making these open-level batches perfect for anyone—whether you are a total beginner or an experienced dancer looking to refine your style.

- Hip-Hop: We focus on the roots, foundational movement, and the freestyle culture that makes this genre what it is. Expect sweat, loud music, and a lot of focus on musicality.
- Afro & Afro House: This is all about the energy. We break down traditional and modern Afro steps like Alkayida and Ekeka, ensuring you understand the groove before you start moving to the beat.
