About The Path to Self-Love
Many of us struggle with self-worth, but we often overlook how these emotions physically manifest, sometimes showing up as skin issues or unexplained tension. In our sessions, we don't just talk about feeling better; we use ThetaHealing and other techniques to identify the subconscious beliefs driving that self-rejection, helping you release them at the root so you can finally start treating yourself with real kindness.
Many people come to me feeling stuck because they have spent years prioritising everyone else’s needs, or perhaps they have spent too long in high-pressure environments where self-validation gets lost. When you aren't used to prioritising yourself, your nervous system can stay in a state of high alert, and your mind often defaults to a cycle of criticism.
Self-love isn't just about positive affirmations or temporary comforts. It is about doing the quiet work of dismantling the subconscious programs that tell you that you are not enough. When we look at physical markers—like skin conditions or recurring stomach issues—we are often looking at the places where your body is literally storing the rejection or judgment you have been carrying.
