My role involves managing the cadence of the event, coordinating with technical teams for visual cues, and ensuring that VIP protocols are followed without hesitation. Whether it is a government function involving Union Ministers or an industry-led Annual Report Award, I adapt my tone to ensure the atmosphere remains dignified and purposeful.

I review the Run-of-Show (ROS) at least 24 to 48 hours before the event, allowing me to memorize key details—names, designations, and technical sequences—without relying on scripts. This preparation allows me to maintain eye contact with the audience and interact with speakers naturally rather than reading from a lectern.
Ensuring Inclusion and Flow
I provide bilingual support, seamlessly transitioning between English and Hindi, which is essential for ensuring that diverse audience demographics feel fully included in the proceedings. From navigating the nuances of a Q&A session with industry stalwarts to facilitating felicitation ceremonies, I focus on the invisible work that makes an event look effortless.
If there is a technical delay or a sudden change in the speaker schedule, I step in to bridge the gap with relevant corporate fillers.
