I focus on the transition. Most hosts lose the room right after the awards are handed out. I use that specific moment to pivot from formal stage protocol to high-energy entertainment, keeping your team engaged for the entire six-hour marathon without the energy ever dipping.

- The Energy Shift: Once the medals are handed out, the vibe shifts. I take the lead to energize the room for the post-awards entertainment, whether that is introducing internal performances or conducting group activities to get everyone laughing.
