My Coaching Philosophy: Real Mindset and Manifestation
I am Anagha, and I help ambitious women shift their mindset, ditch the hustle, and build a life they actually love. Here is my honest approach to living intentionally.
This is me practicing what I preach: nothingness. It's about finding moments to just be, to let your brain rest so it can make space for new creative ideas. It's a simple but powerful practice I teach.
For busy entrepreneurs, I created the 'Rapid Love Routine'. This video shows how you can dedicate just 15 minutes to yourself with activities like stretching, journaling, or meditation to stay connected even on hectic days.
I'm open about my own struggles, including my past addiction to Instagram. This video documents how I used a mindset shift and mindfulness to cut my screen time from 3.5 hours to 1.5 hours a day.
To help you build consistency, I run community challenges like SWA, my 21-day self-love challenge. It's a commitment of just 10 minutes a day to focus on yourself, with daily prompts and guidance from me.
A core part of my philosophy is that what you focus on, grows. This post was a mid-week reflection on directing your attention toward growth and opportunity instead of negativity.
Affirmations are a powerful tool for stepping into your CEO energy. I create and share lists like this to help you affirm a healthy lifestyle, joyful work, and abundant money.
This photo captures a moment of non-judgmental surrender. My journey is full of these quiet, contemplative times where I sit with unanswered questions, and I encourage my clients to embrace them too.
About My Coaching Philosophy: Mindset & Manifestation
My philosophy is not about constant positive thinking or trying to manifest from a place of lack. It is rooted in 'Nothingness' and small, consistent shifts like my Rapid Love Routine. Whether you are currently drowning in client tasks or feeling stuck in a loop of self-doubt, I teach you how to reclaim your time and energy so you can actually enjoy the life you are working so hard to build.
I spent four years on the marketing hamster wheel before realizing that my degree and my title were not worth my mental health. Now, I focus on helping women navigate their own pivots. My approach is simple: we start by slowing down. This is not theoretical advice. We look at your daily habits and identify where you are leaking energy.
Key Pillars of My Approach
- The 'Nothingness' Practice: A daily ritual of doing absolutely nothing. It sounds unproductive, but it is where your best ideas are born.
- The Rapid Love Routine: For those days when you have zero time, I help you design 15-minute windows that keep you connected to yourself without feeling like another chore.
- Real-Talk Mindset: No fake positivity. We address the jealousy, the self-doubt, and the messy parts of being a founder.
I work with you as a business buddy, not a distant authority figure. If you are ready to stop burning out and start aligning your work with your values, let’s talk.
