Map Your Mind: Creative Journaling Workshops
Think of this as a digital deep breath. If your brain feels like too many browser tabs are open, these sessions are where you close them. We combine creative journaling, intention setting, and zero-pressure reflection to help you finally hear your own thoughts again.
The vibe of my workshops, whether online or offline, is always about creating a sacred, peaceful space. This was from a virtual meditation session, showing how we can connect and find stillness even through a screen.
This was me after my first offline spiritual workshop. Attending these events is part of my own journey, and the clarity I gain is what I pour back into the workshops I design for you.
About Map Your Mind: Creative Journaling Workshops
You do not need to be an artist or a writer to show up here. You get a full 'aesthetic kit'—vintage paper cutouts, stickers, stamps, and markers—so the focus stays on your introspection, not perfection. We keep groups small, around 10 to 15 people, because we are talking about real stuff, not just writing pretty quotes.
I started these workshops because I was tired of feeling like I had to be productive every waking second. The 'Map Your Mind' sessions are my way of creating a container for stillness.
What we actually do:
- Guided Introspection: We start with meditation to clear out the noise, followed by structured prompts that actually get you thinking about your values, not just your to-do list.
- Creative Play: This is where the aesthetic journaling comes in. Using the provided vintage ephemera, washi tapes, and art supplies, you document your thoughts. It is a grounding exercise that moves energy from your head onto the page.
- Real Talk: We end with a group discussion. This is not a lecture. It is a space to share struggles with work-life balance, imposter syndrome, or whatever else is on your mind in a safe, non-judgmental environment.
Who this is for:
These sessions are for the women who feel the 'hustle' wearing thin. If you are a fempreneur or professional craving a community that values connection over networking, you will fit right in. Whether we are in a boutique cafe in Bengaluru or a studio space in Mangaluru, the goal is the same: providing a space where you can be messy, honest, and human.
Logistics:
Each 3-hour session includes your notebook, art materials, and refreshments. Just bring yourself, maybe a friend, and an open mind. We keep the groups intimate so that we can have genuine conversations, so slots usually fill up quickly once announced.
Anagha Bhat
I am Anagha, and I used to be the person running on coffee and anxiety before I realized that lifestyle was not sustainable. I created these journaling spaces because I needed them myself—a place to slow down, get messy with paper and glue, and actually talk to other women who feel the same. I am just here to guide the space, hold the mic, and make sure we all leave feeling a little bit lighter.
