Your Hair Transplant Journey: Step-by-Step Guide
Getting a transplant is a big decision, and I know it brings up questions about safety and what to expect. This is exactly how we plan your journey, from that first scalp photo to the day you walk out with a natural, confident look.
This infographic outlines the complete hair transplant journey. It starts with an initial consultation and hairline design, followed by follicle extraction, graft placement, and finally, post procedure care.
The first step is always design and planning. Here you can see how we map out the transplant area, calculating the exact number of grafts needed for each zone to create a balanced and natural look.
A side profile view of the hairline design and planning phase. We take great care to ensure the new hairline will perfectly frame the face and blend seamlessly with existing hair.
A frontal view of the hairline design before the procedure. This meticulous planning is crucial for achieving a natural and aesthetically pleasing result that suits the patient's facial structure.
This is the immediate post operative result of a 3000 graft transplant. You can see the density and precision of the graft placement, which is the foundation for a great final result.
A top down view of the post operative result, showing both the frontal and crown areas. The even distribution of grafts ensures uniform density and coverage across the entire transplant zone.
About Your Journey With Us: From Consultation to Confidence
Think of your scalp like farmland. Before we plant the seeds, we have to prepare the ground. Whether that means managing active hair loss with non-surgical treatments first or designing a hairline that fits your unique facial features, I do not just jump into surgery. We start with a clear, honest plan so you know exactly what your results will look like before a single follicle is touched.
1. Initial Consultation
It starts with you. You don't need to visit the clinic immediately. Just send me your scalp photos via WhatsApp. I personally review them to understand your hair loss pattern and suggest a realistic, ethical plan. If a transplant isn't right for you yet, I will tell you to try non-surgical options instead.
2. The Design Phase
We don't use a stencil. Hairline design is an art. We map the area to frame your face correctly, keeping your age and existing hair density in mind. We want a result that looks like you were born with it, not something that looks 'done.'
3. Preparation (The Farmland)
Sometimes, your scalp needs prep before we operate. This might involve PRP or GFC sessions, or just simple nutrition advice to stop current hair fall. A healthy scalp yields better graft survival.
4. The Procedure: Instant FUE
This is where we differ. We use our 'Instant FUE' method. Typically, grafts sit outside the body for hours. In our clinic, we extract and implant simultaneously. This reduces shock to the hair, meaning faster healing and higher survival rates for your new hair.
5. Recovery and Growth
- Day 5: We perform a special head wash to clean the area.
- Month 3: You will see the first signs of new hair.
- Month 7: About 60-70 percent of your results will be visible.
- Month 12: Full results.
My team is here throughout this timeline. Whether you have questions about the first wash or concerns about growth speed, you have direct access to us.
