About Sangeet & Reception Performances
When I perform for your sangeet or reception, it is not just about singing songs. I bring a full 4-piece live band, including keyboard and rhythm, to ensure the energy stays high from the first track to the last. I actively engage with your guests, acting as both your singer and emcee to keep the dance floor packed and the mood electric.
Whether you are planning an intimate sangeet or a grand reception, music sets the tone for your celebration. My focus is on creating a seamless flow of high-energy Bollywood dance hits, classic Sufi tracks, and the latest Punjabi chartbusters that get your family and friends moving.
What you get with my band
For your sangeet or reception, I provide a 4-piece live setup. This includes myself on lead vocals, supported by a keyboardist, a rhythm or octapad player, and a bassist or second guitarist. Having this lineup allows us to play tracks live, giving you that authentic concert feel rather than just playing a playlist.
Sound and Setup
I understand that a good performance is only as good as the sound. Every booking includes an upgraded PA system, complete with top speakers, subwoofers for that deep bass, and stage monitors so we can hear ourselves perfectly. I also provide basic LED wash lights to give the stage that professional party aesthetic.
My Role as an Entertainer
I do not just stand behind the mic. I believe in actively interacting with the crowd. I will be your emcee for the evening, encouraging the couple to dance and keeping the momentum going. My goal is to ensure that by the end of the night, every guest feels like they were part of something special. If you have specific requests or a theme in mind, let me know before the event, and we can tailor the setlist to match your vibe.
