The Alchemy Selection Engine

We have moved beyond traditional coaching. Our players in the Elite Competitive Squad participate in the KSFA Youth Premier League, JSW Youth League, and DPDL. These leagues are the primary hunting grounds for scouts. When our players perform here, they aren't just playing for three points; they are building a verifiable performance portfolio that gets noticed by national selectors.

Our partnership with Villarreal CF is not for show. It dictates our daily curriculum. From ball mastery to tactical positioning, our players develop a football IQ that matches European standards. When a scout from the AIFF-FIFA Talent Academy watches our boys, they see technical precision and the mental resilience that we cultivate through our 'Champion's Mentality' program.

Getting Into the Pathway

Entry into our professional pathway is merit-based. We conduct periodic trials for our Elite Competitive and Residential (PDCSE) programs. If you are serious about playing for an ISL club or representing the country, we recommend starting with our Elite Competitive squad. This program provides the training volume—3 to 5 sessions per week—necessary to compete at the state and national levels. Once you join, the focus shifts entirely to your development, performance analysis, and getting you ready for the trials that change careers.
