About Practice Across India's Courts

Navigating different judicial systems requires more than just knowing the law. Whether I am arguing a CBI bail matter at the Madras High Court or a corruption quashing petition in Jaipur, the objective remains constant: rigorous preparation based on the facts of the FIR. I do not adapt my defense strategy to the locality; I apply the same disciplined, strategy-first approach to regional courts that I utilize in the Supreme Court. My goal is to ensure that the defense strategy is consistent, thorough, and prepared for the unique procedural pace of each jurisdiction.
