My practice extends beyond the Supreme Court of India. I regularly travel to appear in various High Courts and district courts nationwide to lead high-stakes criminal defense and bail matters.

About Practice Across India's Courts

Navigating different judicial systems requires more than just knowing the law. Whether I am arguing a CBI bail matter at the Madras High Court or a corruption quashing petition in Jaipur, the objective remains constant: rigorous preparation based on the facts of the FIR. I do not adapt my defense strategy to the locality; I apply the same disciplined, strategy-first approach to regional courts that I utilize in the Supreme Court. My goal is to ensure that the defense strategy is consistent, thorough, and prepared for the unique procedural pace of each jurisdiction.

Consistency Across Jurisdictions

High-stakes criminal litigation, particularly involving the ED, CBI, or PMLA, demands a unified strategy regardless of the venue. While local courts have specific registry procedures, the substantive law governing bail and quashing petitions is constitutional and national. My practice is built on the premise that a client deserves the same level of legal analysis in a Session Court as they receive in the Supreme Court.

My Approach to Out-of-Station Litigation

  • Prioritization of Facts: I review FIRs and ECIRs before traveling, ensuring that the initial consultation and court appearance are based on an already mapped legal roadmap.
  • Procedural Awareness: I handle the technical aspects of filing, including defect curing and registry coordination, working alongside local counsel where necessary to manage the timeline effectively.
  • Direct Argumentation: My role is to lead the courtroom strategy. I attend to the hearings personally to ensure that the arguments regarding liberty and procedural lapses are presented exactly as intended.

Handling High-Stakes Cases Nationwide

I frequently represent clients in cases involving money laundering defense, narcotics (NDPS), and organized crime. These matters involve complex timelines and high scrutiny. My appearance in High Courts across states like Rajasthan, Tamil Nadu, and others is focused on securing urgent relief, such as stay orders on arrests or quashing of proceedings.

If you are facing a legal challenge in a jurisdiction outside of Delhi, the strategy should be defined well before the first hearing. My team and I provide the structural support needed to bring Supreme Court-level rigor to your defense, wherever your case is pending.

I believe that justice does not depend on geography. Whether I am in my Delhi office or traveling to appear before a High Court, my objective is consistent: rigorous preparation and an uncompromising defense. I treat every case with the same level of attention to detail that I have built my practice on over the last seventeen years.
