Behind the Scenes: My Practice and Philosophy
A glimpse into the discipline and intellectual pursuits that support my seventeen years of practice at the Supreme Court.
This is my personal library at home, which houses over a thousand books in English, Hindi, Sanskrit, and Urdu. Continuous reading and learning extend far beyond the law.
In transit between court appearances. The life of a litigation lawyer is demanding and often involves working on the move.
A candid portrait taken during a moment of brief respite from my professional duties.
About Additional Work & Personal Philosophy
The intensity of white-collar crime defense requires more than just legal knowledge. My home library, which houses over a thousand books in Sanskrit, Hindi, English, and Urdu, is where I maintain the focus needed to navigate complex ED and PMLA matters. It is this daily discipline that allows me to approach every case with total clarity.
The life of a litigation lawyer in the Supreme Court is not defined by courtroom hours alone. It is a constant cycle of travel, reading, and analysis. When I am not in court, I am often in transit between appearances or reviewing case files. This pace is demanding, but it is necessary for anyone committed to defending serious criminal allegations.
My library is more than a personal collection. It is my grounding mechanism. Reading across languages allows me to look at legal problems from different perspectives. Whether I am analyzing an FIR or drafting a quashing petition, I bring the same level of rigour to the desk as I do to my study.
I handle cases under the PMLA, NDPS, and UAPA acts. My practice is built on preparation, not performance. If you are looking for a counsel who prioritizes strategy and has the experience to back it up, let us review your case merits together. We can discuss your legal situation at my Defence Colony office, where we will map out the immediate steps for bail or quashing proceedings.
