If a requested change is not safe or medically sound, I will not do it. My practice is built on the belief that a doctor's duty is to advise, not just to operate.

There is a common myth that plastic surgery is only about changing how you look. In reality, a significant portion of my work involves reconstructive procedures after trauma, burns, or cancer. This teaches you that medicine is as much about function as it is about form. When I perform a procedure, I am thinking about how you will feel five years down the line, not just the day after surgery.
