Haldi & Mehendi Vibrant Decor
Theme & Backdrop
- Vibrant Draping: 10ft x 10ft main backdrop using bright satin or georgette fabrics (Hot Pink, Yellow, Orange, or Parrot Green) with creative pleating.
- Floral Strings: Dense hanging garlands of fresh Marigolds and Tuberose interspersed with mango leaves or fabric tassels.
- Theme Props: Includes 2-3 thematic props such as a decorated bicycle, Rajasthani umbrellas, painted trunks, or large brass Urlis.
Bridal Seating & Stage
- Decorated Seat: A specialized bridal Sankheda chair or Swing adorned with floral bunches and matching cushions.
- Carpet: Rug or carpet for the main stage area (approx 12ft x 8ft) to define the ritual space.
Entrance & Details
- Welcome Board: Customized easel board with floral borders.
- Entrance Decor: Minimalist floral arch or fabric draping at the main entry gate.
- Photobooth: A dedicated 6ft x 6ft corner with hanging frames or paper crafts.
- Lighting: 4-6 LED Par cans for backdrop highlighting and fairy lights for outdoor trees.
Convention Hall Wedding (2 Days)
Muhurtham Decor (Morning)
- Grand Mandap: 12ft x 12ft traditional structure featuring fiber-cast pillars in Temple or Gold finish.
- Floral Work: High-density arrangement using traditional blooms (Jasmine, Marigold, Lotus). Includes full floral wrapping of front pillars.
- Sacred Elements: Banana stems, coconut leaf torans, and hanging brass bells inside the mandap.
Reception Decor (Evening)
- Grand Stage: 30ft - 40ft wide stage decor featuring a mix of artificial and real flower walls or drapes with chandeliers.
- Lighting Setup: Professional truss lighting with warm white par cans and moving heads.
- Couple Seating: Premium Victorian or Modern 3-seater sofa in velvet or leather finish.
Common Areas (Both Days)
- Entrance Arch: 10ft wide welcoming archgate matching the respective event theme.
- Walkway: 40ft walkway featuring red carpet or printed flex flooring with 6-8 floral pedestals.
- Name Board: Personalized 3D foam or neon-light name board.
Luxury Resort & Floating Mandap
Structural Masterpieces
- Engineering: Custom-engineered floating pontoon structure for water bodies OR a 20ft+ high open-air canopy setup.
- Premium Flooring: Acrylic/glass aisle or stage platform with flowers arranged underneath the floor.
- Ceiling Installations: Massive suspended floral chandeliers or wisteria hangs covering the main ritual area.
Exotic Florals
- Bloom Selection: 100% premium exotic flowers (Hydrangeas, Lilies, Orchids, Anthuriums, English Roses). Minimal to no traditional marigolds.
- Palette: Strictly monochromatic or high-contrast color grading based on design consultation.
Grand Entries & SFX
- Theatrical Entry: Coordination involving Cold Pyro fountains, dry ice fog, or paper blasts.
- Fireworks: A 3-5 minute aerial firework display for the reception finale.
- Lighting Design: Intelligent lighting programming to change moods during different rituals.

Things go sideways sometimes - rain, last-minute changes, you name it. I don’t say “aagalla” (not possible). My answer is always “maadona!” (let’s do it). I’m here to solve problems, not create them.

- Muhurtham: I blend tradition with elegance, especially for South Indian wedding decorations. Temple-inspired mandap decor and classic flowers like jasmine and marigold are my jam.
- Reception: Dreamy, floral wedding stage design or a modern, minimal look - you pick, I create.
- Grihapravesha: Want a movie-style entry? I can do that too.

We’re Aikyam. Togetherness is at the heart of what we do. There was this one wedding, floating mandap on a lake, rain pouring down – tumbha male bantu. Family didn’t give up.
