About this collection
We construct our mandaps using durable, high-quality fiber pillars that replicate authentic temple carvings. When you book a mandap with us, you are not just getting a set of props; you are getting a team that handles everything from the structural assembly to the precise floral draping. We ensure that even if the wedding schedule runs tight, your backdrop is ready and perfect well before the Muhurtham.
Building a traditional wedding mandap is a mix of engineering and art. We avoid flimsy materials. Our structures use fiber pillars with intricate designs—think Chettinad or Hoysala styles—that are heavy enough to look regal but modular enough to be transported to any venue in Karnataka.
Why the structure matters
A mandap is only as good as its foundation. We use heavy-duty trussing to support the weight of real brass lamps, floral strings, and heavy drapes. You will often see us on-site hours before the ceremony, ensuring the central deity setup is aligned perfectly and that the lighting doesn't cast harsh shadows on the couple.
Flowers and greenery
We prefer fresh flowers. You will find that our mandaps are adorned with real jasmine (mallige), tuberose, and marigolds. Plastic flowers simply do not catch the light the same way or carry that traditional scent that defines a South Indian wedding. We also use natural elements like banana stalks and mango leaves to complete the look, adhering to the traditional norms required for sacred vows.
Our 'Maadona' (Let's do it) approach
Wedding days can be unpredictable. We have faced rain, sudden venue changes, and tight assembly windows. Because our team is experienced in handling the logistics of traveling across Karnataka, we know how to adjust our setup to fit the dimensions of your specific hall or lawn. If we promised a certain look, we ensure it happens.
