Your mandap is the heart of your wedding ceremony. Whether you dream of a traditional temple-inspired setting or a modern floral sanctuary, we design stages that frame your vows perfectly.

A beautifully setup mandap under a sky full of stars. We used hues of pinks, peaches, and plenty of whites to create this romantic, open-air floral mandap for a truly magical wedding ceremony.

A full view of the stunning South Indian mandap we created, set within a beautiful glasshouse venue. The traditional floral decor, Pichwai-inspired art, and surrounding greenery came together to create a sacred and aesthetically divine atmosphere.

For this naming ceremony, we designed a stage that felt like stepping into a South Indian village home from the 1990s. The setup features a traditional wooden door, intricate pillars, and authentic decor elements like brass vessels and a gramophone.

The groom awaits his bride in a mandap overflowing with romance. We used a canopy of blush pink and white flowers with a delicate draped ceiling to create an intimate and elegant space for Sakshi and Shuvam's ceremony.

This reception stage was designed to be a modern fairytale. We used graceful golden arches adorned with cascading pink and white florals, set against a lush green backdrop and a soft pink carpet to create a truly enchanting scene.

A wide view of the pastel-themed stage we designed for Inara's naming ceremony. The setup features an intricately carved silver cradle, a custom-printed floral backdrop, and elegant chandeliers, all combining to create a soft and dreamy atmosphere.

A vibrant and traditional Haldi setup. We used drapes of orange and yellow marigolds to create a beautiful backdrop, complemented by golden elephant statues and custom seating for the couple inside large brass urlis.

For this "Phoolon ki Haldi," we created a fun and festive backdrop using triangular frames. Two were filled with a weave of red and maroon flowers, while the center one was adorned with strings of bright yellow tuberoses.

The centerpiece of our Bali-themed Haldi was this custom-made swing. We built a tree-like structure from dry sticks and covered it in yellow-dyed baby's breath to create a stunning, photo-worthy spot with a view of the lake.

A night to remember, dancing the night away in our eclectic sangeet setup. The stage featured a trio of arched backdrops with a custom monogram, all bathed in dramatic blue lighting for a high-energy celebration.

About Grand Mandaps & Ceremony Stages

We do not just build stages, we frame your most important moments. When designing your mandap, we look at the venue’s architecture first—like how we use glasshouse structures to let natural light hit the florals or incorporate traditional Pichwai art for a sacred feel. It is about balancing the weight of the decor with the flow of the ceremony, so your photographer gets the perfect shot and you feel entirely present in the space.

Designing the perfect mandap requires balancing ritualistic tradition with your personal style. We often find that couples want the sacred, grounded feeling of a traditional South Indian setup—think banana plantains, brass lamps, and rich marigold accents—but with a layout that suits a modern venue.

Whether you are planning a destination wedding in Goa or a home ceremony in Bangalore, we treat the stage design as the visual center of your entire event. We focus on the flow of the ceremony, ensuring that the height and width of your mandap not only look grand in person but also frame you perfectly in your wedding photos.

For our NRI couples planning from abroad, we handle the entire process remotely. We start by understanding the vibe—do you prefer a floral-heavy temple style or a minimalist geometric structure? We build a mood board, align on the floral density, and manage the logistics, so when you arrive, your ceremony space is exactly as you envisioned.
