At Alliance Française, we’re all about bringing the spirit of France alive, right here. It’s not just about learning the language - it’s about jumping into the world of French art, music, films, and ideas.
What’s Happening
- Our gallery hosts art exhibitions, especially photography with a message. We’ve featured Padma Shri awardees and tackled tough themes like child malnutrition through powerful images.
- Music is big for us. From intimate piano concerts (sometimes just one hand playing!) to live chats with jazz legends, we collaborate with top music spots to keep the vibe fresh. These Francophone music events connect you with artists from around the globe.
- Love movies? Our French cinema screenings often tie in with art shows. We choose films that spark conversation, mixing local and international directors.
- We’re a spot for real talk. Our intellectual debates pull in academics, diplomats, and thinkers to hash out issues like gender equality in education. Plus, our literary translation workshops bring you face-to-face with star authors, sometimes even Prix Goncourt winners.

My Story
Bonjour Gurgaon! We’re Alliance Française here, not just a language school, more like a buzzing Indo-French adda. Some days it’s French basics, other days you’re at a wild art show or tuning in to a French piano gig online. Kids, pros, total beginners—everyone’s got a place. We want you to feel the vibe, not just memorize words. Our students say it’s 'very very satisfactory'—come join the Francophone crew!
