About Legal Counsel & Litigation
I see my work as more than a legal job—it's my way of fighting for Bharat's (India’s) future. My practice isn't just about cases in the Supreme Court or Delhi High Court. For me, courtrooms are battlegrounds where the values and direction of our civilization are tested and shaped.
What I Do
- Most of my energy goes into constitutional rights litigation and high-stakes Supreme Court cases—especially those which have a ripple effect on society.
- I focus on issues like:
- Freedom of temples from state control
- Challenging the Places of Worship Act, 1991
- Legal groundwork for a Uniform Civil Code (UCC)
- Debates around anti-conversion laws and real religious freedom
- I also handle tough civil and commercial disputes, where strategy and clarity really matter.
- When the bigger picture is at stake, I take up Public Interest Litigation (PIL). These are not personal fights, but ones that influence the entire country.
How I Approach Law
My background in engineering helps me break down complex issues and approach them with an interdisciplinary mindset. I work through a decolonial legal strategy—constantly questioning old colonial systems and pushing for a legal framework that fits Bharat's own dharma (duty, justice, cosmic order).
What to Expect
I'm upfront: I work for those who care about Bharat’s core interests, not for those seeking surface-level trends. My goal is always to see things through to a clear, real resolution.
Dhanyawad (thank you).

My Story
Started out as a mechanical engineer, then took a sharp turn—landed in law at IIT Kharagpur. Not just for a job, but to use law as a tool for something bigger: decolonising the Indian mind. My work’s all about Bharat—be it in the Supreme Court or in my books. I’m rooted in temple visits, prasadam, Abhangwari concerts, and time with my Shih Tzus. By the Devatas’ grace, I keep going. It’s all one journey.
My Work
Legal Counsel, Author, Speaker - I argue cases in the Supreme Court, write books like 'India that is Bharat', and speak on Dharma and our Constitution.
Civilizational Litigation - I handle civil commercial and constitutional cases, always placing them in Bharat’s bigger context with a civilizational litigation strategy.
Books for Everyone - My 'Bharat' trilogy breaks down how colonial thinking shaped us. Even if you don’t read much, it’s for you.
Straight Talk in Public - I speak at global forums—no sugarcoating—about Dharma, Hindutva, and tough truths facing our civilization.
