Cricket Net Sessions & Match Practice

About In the Nets & On the Field
When you're in the nets at Aarka, we don't just ask you to hit balls. We focus on specific technical corrections like your head position and footwork using shadow drills before you even face a bowler. It is about fixing the technique so the power comes naturally.
Net sessions are where your 'Zid' (determination) meets the pitch. Whether you are starting with soft-ball drills at our Batala facility or facing leather-ball deliveries at the ACE GNW ground, our approach remains the same: identify the flaw, correct it, and repeat until it becomes muscle memory.
Why Our Net Sessions Are Different
We don't believe in long, unstructured waiting lines. Our group coaching maintains a 1:15 coach-to-student ratio, meaning you get consistent eyes on your game.
- Cement vs. Turf: We train on both surfaces. Cement wickets are perfect for building consistent backlifts and handling true bounce, while our natural turf wickets at select locations are designed to prepare advanced players for real-match conditions.
- Technical Breakdown: During these sessions, we focus on shadow practice (100+ reps) and hanging ball drills. If your head falls or your front foot doesn't go forward, you will hear it immediately. We correct the stance, then move to live net play.
- Match Simulation: For our advanced players, we shift from net practice to center-wicket scenarios. This includes target chasing, death bowling, and tactical field placement, giving you the match pressure you need to perform when it counts.
