I believe your engagement photos should not feel like a forced audition. My focus is entirely on the raw, unscripted reaction when you look at each other, rather than just the staged ring shots. Whether you are planning a surprise proposal or an intimate ring exchange, I aim to be a fly on the wall, catching the relief, the excitement, and the joy that defines this beginning.
Whether it is an intimate ceremony in a Mumbai home or a grand proposal at a scenic outdoor venue, I document the start of your journey. An engagement ceremony is often the first time both families come together, and my role is to capture the candid interactions between them while keeping the spotlight on the couple.
I offer dedicated pre-wedding editorial sessions which last 4 to 6 hours. We can pick a location in the city that means something to you, whether it is a quiet park or a heritage district. These shoots are designed for you to get comfortable in front of the lens before the main wedding day arrives. We will work through 2 to 3 outfit changes to get a mix of traditional and modern looks, ensuring you have a varied set of images.
For the engagement ceremony itself, my style remains documentary. I look for the fleeting moments: the groom’s nervous smile before he drops to one knee, the bride’s genuine laughter after the ring exchange, and the tears of happiness from family members. I deliver a set of signature retouched images within 3 weeks, ensuring you have high-quality memories to share with friends and family immediately. I avoid stiff, stage-managed guest coverage and instead focus on the story of the day, ensuring that every image feels like a natural part of your narrative.
