Law isn't just winning arguments in court. It is navigating the daily grind of Delhi's judicial system, from handling files on the go to preparing for unexpected postponements. Here is what my work actually looks like.

A lesson for my dear interns. Never trust an intern with the main file, or you might find yourself rushing back to court at 6 PM to retrieve it before a hearing the next day.

Getting ready for court in the parking lot. The life of a litigator often means preparing on the go, ensuring I am ready to present my case no matter what the day throws at me.

A funny memory. I once failed to get an adjournment for my senior, and he jokingly fired me on the spot. The life of a junior associate is full of such learning experiences.

Caught working even when I am supposed to be on leave. In this profession, you are always on call when someone's rights are on the line.

Trying to find the 'sukoon' they said I would find in litigation. Sometimes, a moment of peace is all you need to recharge for the next battle in court.

About Life of a Litigator

Litigation is rarely the dramatic spectacle you see on TV. It is often spent in parking lots reviewing files, prepping for hearings that get rescheduled at the last minute, or handling logistical issues to ensure your case stays on track. When you work with me, you get someone who uses digital case management to keep your documents organized, ensuring that whether we are dealing with a cheque bounce or a complex arbitration, you are never left guessing about the next step.

The truth about litigation in Delhi courts is that it is a slow, steady grind. My approach is to strip away the unnecessary noise. I don't use heavy, paper-based files that get misplaced; I use digital tablets to keep evidence and arguments ready at a moment's notice. This tech-driven method helps us move faster during cross-examinations and keeps the stress of document management off your plate.

My team at the Law Chambers of Amish Aggarwala and I focus on transparency. You will always know where you stand, whether it is a District Court matter at Tis Hazari or a Writ Petition in the High Court. I believe in honest communication, so if a hearing is going to be delayed, you will hear it from me first. My goal is to provide a service that is technically sound but practically useful, handling everything from Section 138 NI Act notices to commercial disputes without the typical legal drama. If you are looking for someone who understands that your time is valuable and that courtrooms can be unpredictable, we are on the same page.

I am Karan. I started out wanting to fix things, and I have stuck around because I genuinely enjoy the challenge of litigation. I keep it real, handle my files on a tablet, and do not bother with fancy legal speak.
