Tech & Gadget 3D Animation
I turn gadgets into immersive digital experiences. Using Maya and V-Ray, I build animations that highlight your product’s design, texture, and technical details without any AI shortcuts.
This 3D animation showcases a smartwatch, starting with a dramatic reveal in a dark, smoky environment and transitioning to a bright, natural landscape. The focus is on the watch's premium gold finish and sleek design.
A clean and elegant 3D animation for a pair of wireless earbuds. The video shows the case opening and the buds levitating, highlighting their smooth design and compact form factor in a studio setting.
This is a concept animation for Buds Pro 3, inspired by Noise. I used dark, moody lighting with subtle color highlights to showcase the product's features, like Bluetooth 5.2 and 25 hours of playtime, in a short, punchy ad format.
A photorealistic 3D model of a classic Casio watch, rendered in a bright, outdoor desert scene. This still image showcases my ability to create detailed models and place them in realistic, textured environments.
Another render of the Casio watch 3D model, this time set on a wet rock at the water's edge during sunset. This demonstrates how lighting and environment can completely change the mood of a product visualization.
About Tech & Gadget Animation
When I animate tech products like earbuds or smartwatches, I focus on the hero moments, like the specific way light catches a metallic finish or the satisfying mechanics of a case snapping shut. I do not just spin your product in a circle. I use custom lighting and physics simulations to make the viewer forget it is a digital render and think it is a high-end commercial shoot.
Why 3D Animation for Tech
Static images only show what a product is, but animation shows what a product does. Whether it is a new launch or a staple e-commerce listing, a 3D video builds a vibe. For electronics, the challenge is conveying material quality—making plastic look like premium polymer or metal feel cold to the touch. This is where high-fidelity rendering with V-Ray and detailed texturing in Substance Painter makes the difference.
My Approach to Gadget Visuals
My process is built for performance. I start by breaking down your product's key features—Bluetooth connectivity, battery life, or ergonomic design. I then build a lighting environment that suits that specific narrative, whether it is a moody, dark studio setting for high-end audio gear or a bright, outdoor scene for rugged outdoor watches.
The Technical Edge
I work primarily in Maya and Blender. For hardware, I focus on:
- Hard-Surface Modeling: Every edge, port, and button is modeled to scale.
- Material Accuracy: I build custom shaders for glass, rubber, and different metal grains to ensure photorealism.
- Dynamic Lighting: I use global illumination to simulate real-world physics, ensuring shadows and reflections are physically accurate.
This is not just about making a video. It is about creating a visual asset that converts clicks into interest. If you have a prototype or a finished product you need to showcase, let's talk about the specific camera angles and motion styles that will make it stand out.
