My Story

Main Yogi Mohan hoon (I am Yogi Mohan). This studio isn’t just mats and walls, it’s where people come to heal. I’ve been at this for 20+ years - Yoga Acharya, Therapist, Chiropractor, Reiki Master, all rolled in one. Dekho, sab kuch judta hai (everything is connected) - mind, body, spirit. I’ve seen folks walk in with back pain, walk out smiling. PCOS, stress, fast life - we tackle it together. Rajouri Garden is home, and here, we’re family. We do yoga, we laugh, we celebrate Holi - real people, real stories.

My Work

Holistic Yoga & Healing - I do traditional yoga, yoga therapy for back pain, PCOS yoga management, chiropractic, cupping, and Reiki healing for stress.

Classes for All Levels - Beginners, advanced yogis, senior citizens, and kids - all welcome. Gymnastics for kids and online batches too.

Weight Loss & Core Strength - Special weight loss batch, inch loss yoga, and easy routines for stomach fat kam karna hai (reduce belly fat).

Advanced Yoga Training - Want more? We do backbending, side splits, arm balancing, and calisthenics for next-level strength.
