What Drives Me
For me, ‘Satyamev Jayate’ isn’t just a line from the emblem, it’s how I live and work. I’m Yogesh Shokeen, ek vakeel (a lawyer), and I keep things simple: truth comes first. Justice isn’t just a job for me, it’s a responsibility.
How I Work
When you come to me, I take your side fully. I look at all the facts, dig deep, and make sure your story gets heard right. I don’t believe in shortcuts – we’ll go step by step, making sense of all the legal confusion together.
What I Do
- Most of my time is at Rohini Court Complex, handling all kinds of litigation in Delhi courts.
- As a criminal defense lawyer in Delhi, I stand up for your rights in tough times. Fair trial matters, always.
- Need to know where you stand? I offer legal consultation for court cases, so you have a clear idea before you decide what to do next.
- Sometimes I also fight in higher courts if your case needs it.
Beyond the Courtroom
I don’t keep quiet if I see something unfair in the system. I’ve protested for better laws (kala kanoon wapas lo - repeal the black law) and I work with the Rohini Court Bar Association, pushing for changes that help everyone.
My Journey
I’ve been at this for over ten years now. This safar (journey) has shown me how important it is to help others, so I’m always there for younger lawyers and my peers. Together, we get stronger.

My Story
If I’m not in my black coat, I’m probably lifting weights or driving with my brothers to random nazaare (sights). Fitness keeps my mind sharp for the courtroom. I’m a simple guy, saral swabhav ke vyakti (person with a simple nature), happiest on my farm or on a road trip. Work is serious, but I never miss a chance to chill with my friends—my real family. Life’s all about fighting hard and finding peace in the small things.
