Our Approach to Grooming

We operate on a simple philosophy: if it doesn't make your dog healthier or more comfortable, we don't do it. We have seen too many pets come in stressed from overly complex grooming sessions elsewhere, so we keep ours straightforward and gentle.

What We Actually Do

• Hygiene & Sanitary Trims: We focus on the areas that get dirty fast. This includes trimming hair around the genital and anal areas to prevent mess, and cleaning out the hair between paw pads to give them better grip on your floors.
• Eye Care: Long fur around the eyes is a common cause of irritation. We carefully trim this back to keep their vision clear and their eyes bright.
• Medicated Bathing: For dogs prone to skin issues or ticks, we use specialized anti-tick and flea shampoos. We let the product sit for the necessary soak time to ensure it actually works, followed by a thorough rinse.
• The 'No-Rush' Rule: We do not rush the drying or brushing process. We use high-velocity blowers to ensure the undercoat is completely dry, which helps prevent those 'wet dog' smells and skin fungal infections later.

Handling Anxious Pups

Not every dog loves bath time. We get that. Our staff is trained to handle anxious dogs with patience. We do not use force. If your dog needs extra time to settle in or just needs a break to sniff around, we give them that space. We want them to associate our grooming center with a positive experience, not a chore. Whether you have a tiny Indie or a giant breed, we have the space and the patience to handle them safely.
