Modern Balcony and Cozy Corner Designs
Don't let your balcony be just a drying spot for clothes. With the right design, I turn even the smallest corners into a peaceful sanctuary for your morning tea or evening unwind.
This cabana is designed to be a sanctuary. Surrounded by lush greenery, with comfortable seating and hanging planters, it's the perfect place for morning tea, evening conversations, and making memories.
Every family needs that one corner where silence turns into conversations. This cabana was created to be that corner. The wooden deck, vertical garden, and comfortable wicker furniture create a warm and inviting atmosphere.
Imagine enjoying your evening coffee on this balcony, with the city lights twinkling below. We used a simple grass carpet, comfortable seating, and string lights to turn this balcony into a magical retreat.

About this collection
Balconies in Delhi NCR face harsh weather, so I always recommend WPC louvers over real wood. They give you that rich, woody aesthetic without the constant worry of termite or moisture damage. Pair that with high-density artificial grass and weather-proof string lights, and you get a low-maintenance escape that stays fresh throughout the year.
Your home should have a spot that feels like a mini-vacation, even if it is just a small balcony or a reading nook. My design philosophy for these spaces is simple: 'Luxury dikhao, budget bachao'. You do not need to break the bank to create a sanctuary.
For most of my projects, I use a combination of WPC (Wood Plastic Composite) decking and artificial turf. These materials are durable, easy to clean, and handle our extreme heat and monsoon rain better than natural alternatives. Adding a pergola or even just a simple rafter ceiling with warm cove lighting can instantly change the vibe from a storage area to a space where you actually want to spend time.
If you have a larger terrace, we can look at a cabana setup with weather-proof furniture. For smaller apartments, I focus on vertical gardens and hanging wicker lights to make the space feel bigger and cozier without cluttering the floor. Every element, from the upholstery to the choice of plants, is picked to ensure you can maintain it easily while still getting that high-end, premium feel.
