Signature Wedding Decor Highlights
A collection of our most cherished wedding stories. From heritage courtyard homes to sun-kissed beaches, here is a glimpse into how we transform spaces to reflect your unique vibe.
A fairytale entrance for a magical night. This couple is framed by a stunning floral teepee arch, illuminated by hundreds of fairy lights, setting a romantic tone for their beachside reception in Kerala.
This is what dream beach weddings are made of. I designed this mandap on the sand, using woven lamps and lush pink florals to complement the natural beauty of the Kerala coastline, with the ocean as the ultimate backdrop.
I have a deep love for heritage venues, and this 240-year-old Thottimane (courtyard home) was the perfect canvas. The mandap features antique wooden pillars, vibrant bougainvillea, and hanging floral tassels to honor the soul of the space.
Modern, elegant, and one with nature. This outdoor stage uses clean white arches, a lush green backdrop, and hanging floral installations to create a sophisticated and serene atmosphere for a contemporary wedding.
Welcome to the party! For this Sangeet night, I created a dramatic tropical entrance with dense foliage and gold-painted palm leaves, lit by warm Edison bulbs to set an energetic and glamorous mood.
A breathtaking walk down the aisle. For this garden engagement, I used a palette of lilac and lavender, with flowing drapes and lush floral arrangements creating a soft, romantic pathway for the couple.
It's all in the details. A beautifully crafted brass Nandi statue, surrounded by fresh flowers and traditional lamps, adds a touch of divine grace and authenticity to a South Indian wedding ceremony.
About Featured
When you browse these photos, remember that decor is about more than just the floral arrangements. We focus heavily on how lighting interacts with venue architecture, whether it is the warm glow of lamps inside a traditional wooden thottimane or the way string lights define a beachside dining area.
At Wedcrafter, we believe that decor should enhance the soul of a venue rather than hide it. With over a decade of experience, we have learned that the best designs come from working with the natural layout of a space.
Heritage and Tradition
Our approach to heritage venues is simple: respect the history. When we work in spaces like 200-year-old thottimane courtyard homes, we prioritize antique brass props, Kuthuvilakku lamps, and fresh marigold or tuberose garlands. We avoid synthetic fillers, opting for natural textures that complement the wooden pillars and existing architecture.
Modern Minimalism and Beaches
For modern and outdoor settings, the challenge is different. Beach weddings require durable, weather-resistant structures that still feel intimate. We often use bamboo arches, cane lighting, and tropical foliage like monstera leaves to blend in with the landscape. If you prefer a minimalist look, we lean into clean lines, pastel palettes of lilac and cream, and soft, diffused fairy lighting.
Your Vision
We handle projects across South India, from Bengaluru to the backwaters of Kerala and the hills of Chikmagalur. We do not believe in a one-size-fits-all approach. If you have a specific vibe in mind, whether it is a fusion Sangeet with tropical gold accents or a traditional engagement ceremony, we can tailor the design to fit your story.
Wedcrafter
We are Wedcrafter. After 10 years and over 600 weddings, we still love the challenge of blending tradition with a modern vibe. Whether it is a heritage home in Kerala or a garden setup in Bangalore, our goal is to make the space feel authentic to your story.
