My Renovation Toolkit

• Material Upgrades: I replace standard finishes with UV faux-marble sheets or wood-cladding to give the staircase a premium look. These materials provide the weight and texture of high-end stone without the structural load or the massive cost.
• Lighting Design: This is where the magic happens. I install vertical LED profile lights or under-step lighting to define the staircase geometry. This creates a dramatic, modern aesthetic that draws the eye upward.
• Architectural Details: For a classic, timeless feel, I incorporate wainscoting on the wall panels following the staircase angle. This adds an immediate sense of elegance, turning a simple corridor into a focal point of your home.
