Mobile Food Kiosks and Custom Cafes
Stop worrying about expensive commercial real estate. I build durable, mobile food kiosks and cafes that are ready to move wherever your customers are.
This video is a tour of my workshop, showing the different types of food carts I build. You can see a double-decker cafe with a staircase, a bright green juice bar, and a classic food cart getting its final touches. I can build any style you can imagine.
I built this mobile food trailer for Chai Point, a well-known brand that needed a presence in a busy commercial area. The design is compact but efficient, with a service window and space for all their equipment, plus a small outdoor seating area for customers.
A great example of turning a simple structure into a food business. What started as a plain cabin became the 'Yummy Bites' kiosk with a service window and a complete graphic overhaul. It’s a cost-effective way to get a branded food outlet up and running quickly.
About Mobile Food Kiosks & Cafes
The biggest issue I see with food carts is poor layout planning that slows down your service during rush hour. When I design your kiosk, I don't just build a box; I map out your workflow—from the counter height for your fryers to the specific placement of your water tank and electrical points—so your staff can handle the peak crowd without tripping over each other.
Building a food kiosk isn't just about throwing up four walls. It’s about mobility and operational efficiency. Whether you are setting up a chai corner, a dosa cart, or a high-end coffee trailer, the layout needs to be built around your specific menu.
I focus on three key areas:
-
Workflow Engineering: We place your gas lines, electrical points, and storage exactly where your staff needs them. No wasted movement means faster service, and in the food business, speed is revenue.
-
Material Durability: I use heavy-duty MS channel chassis and SS 304 food-grade counters. These aren't temporary setups; they are built to withstand daily washing, heavy cooking, and constant travel on the road.
-
Customization: Want a double-decker cafe? A pop-up juice bar with hydraulic awnings? I can make it happen. My units are designed to be plug and play—bring your equipment, connect the power, and you’re ready to start selling.
I deliver these units across India, including Noida, Pune, and Bengaluru. If you have a location in mind or a specific brand aesthetic, let’s talk. I turn your vision into a mobile asset that works as hard as you do.
