About Bollywood Dance Workshops
I live for that moment when everyone in the room just lets loose and feels the beat. My Bollywood dance workshops are like a two-hour party – no pressure, no judgment, just pure fun and energy. I want everyone to leave saying, "Majja avigai!" (Had a blast!).
What to Expect
- Every session is about catching the vibe, not just copying steps. Sometimes it’s Garba fusion classes with my friend Jinal, especially around Navratri - think chaniya cholis, dandiya sticks, and lots of Bollywood masala.
- Other times, we dive into the latest hits or those slower tracks that let you really feel the music. Each class sticks to one song, so you’ll actually learn a full routine you can show off later.
- Doesn’t matter if you’re looking for Bollywood dance for beginners or you’ve got a few moves up your sleeve. I call out the level in advance, so you know what you’re signing up for.
The Details
- Workshops are usually single, power-packed sessions (about 2 hours).
- The group is always supportive – nobody cares if you mess up a step.
- I host these dance party workshops all over Bangalore, mostly at studios like Vins Dance Co in Koramangala, but I love mixing it up with new spaces too.
If you love the idea of dancing for the sheer joy of it, you’ll feel right at home.

My Story
Hey, I’m Vidhat! If you’ve ever seen me, I’m probably dancing or planning a wild routine. I run a business too, but honestly, nothing beats the feeling of dancing with my partner Jinal. She’s my best friend, dance buddy, and together we choreographed our own wedding! Dancing with family, especially my dadi (grandma), is pure happiness. Whether it’s Bali trips or Bangalore workshops, I’m always chasing that next groove. Life’s just better with music and moves.
