How to order your custom treats from Veni'licious
I like to keep things simple at the bakery. Here is the straightforward guide on how to book your order, handle pickups, and get the most out of your treats.
To give you an accurate quote, I need to know the flavor, design, and weight you have in mind. Your order is confirmed once I receive a 50% advance payment, which secures your baking slot.
A few important things to remember: I require a minimum one kg order for custom cakes and prices are non-negotiable. Currently, I do not offer delivery, so all orders are for pickup only from my Nerul store.
About How It Works
When picking up your custom cake, remember that it is delicate. Because I do not use preservatives, please bring an A/C car and keep the cake on the floor or held securely in someone's hands. This is the only way to ensure your cake stays perfect until you reach your venue.
My Booking Process
I require a 50% advance payment to lock in your date. Once the payment is received, I can start sourcing fresh ingredients and planning your bake. This confirms your slot and ensures I have everything ready for you.
Pickup Only
To keep quality high, I currently do not offer delivery. You can pick up your order directly from my bakery in Nerul, Navi Mumbai. Please plan your travel accordingly, as cakes are sensitive to heat and movement.
Custom Requirements
For custom celebration cakes, there is a minimum order of 1 kg. My prices are fixed and non-negotiable because I price for the quality of ingredients and the time that goes into every single batch. If you have a specific vision, let me know, and I will do my best to make it happen.
Freshness Promise
I start baking before sunrise for many orders to guarantee that everything is fresh. If you have an early morning request, just let me know, and we can plan the timing together so your treats are ready exactly when you need them.
